When can I move in?

Move-ins begin May 30th, and homes are filling quickly! Now is the perfect time to schedule your tour and secure your space at Monument at Pooler.

What floor plans do you offer?

We offer thoughtfully designed studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each with spacious layouts and upscale finishes to match your lifestyle.

Are there any income requirements to lease?

Yes. Residents must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Additional screening criteria apply. For details on qualification and current rental rates, please contact our leasing office.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! At RPM Living, we believe pets are part of the family. Monument at Pooler welcomes both cats and dogs with no breed or weight restrictions. A non-refundable fee of $300 per pet and $20 monthly pet rent applies (maximum two pets per home). Certain restrictions may apply—please contact our leasing office for details.
